Harper’s BAZAAR and ION Photography Awards
Following the great success of the previous editions of the Harper’s BAZAAR & ION Photography Awards,
Harper’s BAZAAR is once again teaming up with ION Orchard
to nurture young talent by inviting all budding photographers
to take part in this year’s competition.
As an arbiter of style, BAZAAR sees as its mission
to promote Singapore’s new generation of artists.
The legendary images of the magazine have become part
of fashion’s iconography, and the most prestigious photographers, stylists and models of the past century have contributed to creating the legend of the fashion bible. Much in the same way, fashion, design and art are at the core of ION Orchard’s philosophy. The glamorous mall in the heart of Singapore is a true temple of luxury and will provide the perfect backdrop to the artistic visions of these young artists.
If you are an amateur or emerging professional photographer,
not currently working for a nationwide publication and currently residing in Singapore, then we invite you to submit your work for consideration. We’re looking for entries with a distinctive photographic style that is innovative and fresh.
Be inspired by the stunning architecture of ION Orchard and give free rein to your visual fantasies to see your work published in the pages of Harper’s BAZAAR. The panel of judges includes Harper’s BAZAAR’s fashion director Kenneth Goh, publishing director Bridget Hope and an exciting lineup of guest judges. Join the ranks of our roster of highly regarded lensmen such as Gan and Simon Upton with your own spread in the pages of BAZAAR.
